This is our 2026 version of the Studio Blend, thoughtfully crafted for our espresso drinks. The 109 Studio Blend brings together coffees from Colombia and Ethiopia, each selected for the unique character it contributes to the final cup.
The first sip opens with notes of red fruit and chocolate, layered with honey and caramel-like sweetness. A gentle nuttiness provides structure and depth, while a clean orange note gradually unfolds as the espresso settles, bringing balance and a subtle brightness to the cup.
The result is an espresso that is full-bodied yet refined, with a velvety mouthfeel and a lingering finish that invites another sip.
