Designed exclusively for our in-house espresso drinks, the 109 Studio Blend brings together three origins: Colombia, Costa Rica, and Ethiopia; each carefully selected for the unique character it contributes to the cup.
From Colombia and Costa Rica, you’ll experience structure and balance: smooth chocolate undertones, layered with honey, caramel-like sweetness, and ripe fruit. These flavours create a sturdy backbone that gives the espresso its satisfying weight. From Ethiopia, delicate tea-like qualities and tropical fruit aromatics shine through, leaving a lingering, fruit-forward finish that makes every sip memorable.
The result is an espresso that is full-bodied yet refined, with a velvety mouthfeel and layers of flavor that evolve from rich and sweet to bright and fruity.
